Quantum Ultra Firm is an exothermic (self-warming) perm that creates long lasting, springy curls that will not relax.

Quantum perms are formulated with Equalizer 3™ Conditioner to balance porosity for even, predictable curl formation. Our advanced conditioning neutralizer is infused with Argan Oil from Morocco to add weightless shine and brilliance for manageable, healthy looking curls. 

Quantum Ultra Firm is ideal for clients with normal to resistant, fine, gray and tinted (up to 20 volume) hair.
