Standard Shipping

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Prices start from $6.95. We ship via StarTrack Express and Australia Post within Australia only.

Free shipping applies on orders over $150. Excludes furniture, equipment, bulky items, and New Zealand orders.

Signature may be required on delivery. Weekend deliveries are not available. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, please allow additional time for larger orders or items subject to stock availability.

Dispatch Times

General haircare and salon accessory orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Furniture, equipment, and bulky items are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not packed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Courier Deliveries

All courier and postal deliveries are a point-to-point service. Couriers are responsible for delivery to the premises only and are not responsible for installation or removal of cartons and packaging. Delivery is made to the building entrance, ground floor, lobby, or secure parcel locker. Couriers do not deliver inside the premises.

Furniture & Equipment

Furniture and equipment items cannot be shipped via standard courier and are subject to freight pricing based on your location and order. This applies to the following categories:

• Barber chairs
• Styling chairs
• Waiting chairs
• Shampoo units
• Salon trolleys
• Salon furniture
• Beauty equipment
• Display stands
• Styling stations
• Other large or bulky items

Freight costs for furniture and equipment are calculated automatically but may not always be accurate. If the charged amount differs from the actual freight cost, we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm.

For pallet orders, the following surcharges may apply depending on your delivery location and site access:

• Tailgate delivery: $50
• Hand unload: $50
• Home / residential delivery: $80

New Zealand

We ship haircare and salon accessories to New Zealand via Australia Post. Furniture, equipment, and heavy items are generally not shipped to New Zealand due to freight costs, contact us if you'd like to discuss sea freight options.

Shipping rates to New Zealand vary depending on your location within New Zealand and will be calculated at checkout.

• Orders up to 1kg: from $14.95
• Orders up to 5kg: from $24.95
• Orders over 5kg: additional charges apply and you will be notified via email

Please note that flammable goods and aerosols cannot be shipped internationally.
