Returns & Refunds

At Complete Hair & Beauty Warehouse, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us before returning any goods so we can provide you with return instructions and assess your request.

 

Change-of-Mind Returns

Complete Hair & Beauty Warehouse is not required to provide a refund, exchange or credit if you simply change your mind, no longer require the goods, find the goods cheaper elsewhere or decide you have no use for them.

At our discretion, we may approve a change-of-mind return provided that:

the return has been approved by us before the goods are sent back;

the goods are unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging;

all seals, labels, accessories, manuals and components remain intact; and

the goods are in a condition suitable for resale.

Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to a handling/restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.

The customer is responsible for return freight costs for approved change-of-mind returns. Original postage, delivery and freight charges are non-refundable.

 

Hygiene & Professional Hair and Beauty Products

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns of opened or used hair, beauty, cosmetic, skincare, waxing, chemical, personal-care or other hygiene-sensitive products where the seal has been broken or the product has been opened or used.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, defective or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

 

Return Packaging & Condition

It is the customer's responsibility to adequately package goods approved for a change-of-mind return so they arrive safely and in their original condition.

Change-of-mind goods returned damaged, opened, used, incomplete, leaking, missing packaging or otherwise not in a resaleable condition may not be accepted.

Custom & Special-Order Products

Products that have been customised, specially manufactured, made to order, specially imported or ordered specifically to the customer's requirements cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind once manufacture, customisation, procurement or ordering from the supplier has commenced.

Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

If you believe an item is faulty, defective, damaged or has been incorrectly supplied, please contact Complete Hair & Beauty Warehouse before returning the product.

We may request photographs, video, proof of purchase or other information to assist us in assessing the issue.

Where appropriate, the product may need to be inspected or tested before the appropriate remedy can be determined.

Products sold by Complete Hair & Beauty Warehouse may also be covered by a manufacturer's warranty or CHBW voluntary warranty. These warranties operate in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
