Great product how ever when I reached out to customer service regarding my order arriving and the bottle of shampoo being opening and having leaker through the box with supplied photos I received no response whatsoever to my email. As I let them know a substantial amount had leaked and bearing nothing from them I repurchased the same shampoo. Like I said the shampoo is great but the customer service or lack their of is fairly disappointing so the 3 stars is the reflection of the lack of customer service, not the product!
